I got call from HR and she got all details and scheduled interview.Completed 2 rounds and shared the documents and after 3 days mail came we are unable to match ur expectation so dropping candidature with out even negotiation.

Entretien
It was first L1 followed by tecno managerial discussion. I had cleared my L1. They were conducting their interviews at Pune location. All the candidate's were waiting for at least one hour for the HR and technical panels since they had to travel from Mumbai to Pune for their scheduled process. When I moved for the L2 the desired manager was literally sleeping at that time. Asked some basic scenario based questions considering what if I had done any complex or major task though out my career or not. Due to his lack of sleep he couldn't paid attention and not able to judge me. Hence I feel so disappointed by his such behavior. I didn't get select ultimately and I don't feel bad for that because it was not my mistake.
