First interview was more of telephonic and they said they were interested to proceed. Further round was in person where it was done by couple of guys which went good. The in-person tech round took atleast 2 hours and after which they made me wait for 1/2 hr followed by a round with HR head. Their HR policy is so weird and they wanted the team to be available in person in office for atleast 9 hours (there would be pay cut if you don't) and any client calls to be taken from office. They dont seem to empathise with the resources and they just see them as machines who is expected to perform with 200% efficiency. With the office located so far away from the city, the travel itself easily takes 2 hours. With the whole world moving virtual, here is one which expects team to be present in person and do micro-manage, weird cranky fellows !!! Please do not even attempt to apply here!
