The interview process is a multi-stage process. The first interview is a screening interview with HR over the phone. The second interview is with the hiring manager, and director with a 1.5 hour duration. The second is with a group of team members over 3 hours. The last interview is with the CIO. The significantly disappointing part is that if you didn't pass the interview, there is no further contact what so ever! At the very least, they should send a rejection email.

They scheduled 3 on site interviews and then emailed me that I was not a good fit.I met 3 team members along with the hiring manager. the office is cool.
