A quick phone interview, and then an in person interview with the sales managers. After applying online, I got a phone call within 2 days and then got scheduled for an in person meeting and got offered the position the next day.

Spoke with a recruiter and then scheduled an onsite interview. Shadowed a team lead that was doing well with the company. Then met with the hiring manager and was asked a handful of questions about my background. The team was very animated and seemed to collaborate well. Unfortunately we did not come to an agreement on comp. They have a "set in stone" policy on initial compensation which gave me the feeling they are just looking for warm bodies.
