They only see how you source resume from monster and careerbuilder, the manager have no technical skills, he screens resume by Cntrl+f . They give access to any portal and ask to source 2resumes, if you can you are selected. :D

They conduct a Telephonic Interview , I was asked technical questions which was followed by an In person Interview.
The second round was an in person interview that involved me to work on some sample requirement wherein I was suppose to source an ideal resume and present my sample search string for that particular requirement.

The First Round was with the HR it was a Telephonic interview, I was provided a job to work on, I had to send a sample search string and also a resume which would match the job role. Second round was a Skype interview with the Manager. I was asked several Technical & Non Technical questions
