The candidate goes into a process of two stages: first, a technical writing and language exam, and then an interview with the department's Team Leader and an HR officer. After these two steps, the selected candidate receives a job offer and has to get back to them in a couple of days so that they start the whole hiring process with them.

I had an interview with the HR department and then the Team Leader. After that, I was given a task to complete. A few days later, they sent me the job offer.
