It was a phone interview since they’re trying to have less people come through facility because of COVID. They ask you to tell them about yourself, the typical standard questions. For example questions about your education and why you think you would be great for the role.

The interview was overly complicated for the temporary contract position being offered. They did not follow up with me at all afterwards, and hired someone else initially for a short period of time. After this hire screwed things up, they called me back in and hired me.
