After I applied online,the company called me to arrange an interview. Their suggested meeting time was after phone call time by 20 days and it was OK for me. For the interview,First of all ,there was HR interview in English for 20-30 minutes.After that there was a task to achieve for 3 hours.You don't have to compete the task but they test the quality of code and best practices.At the end there was a technical interview for 20-30 minutes
