Applied directly through their website and received an invitation the next day for a phone interview. After giving my availability, they confirmed via email, but at the agreed-upon time they didn't call. I emailed to inquire about the status and communicate that I was still interested in the position, but I never received a response. It is extremely unprofessional to set up an interview and not so much as apologize or acknowledge the fact that you "ghosted" on a candidate.

There was an issue with scheduling the phone interview, but the recruiter was accommodating by giving me the take-home assignment instead to expedite the process. The in-person interview was a series of one-on-one talks with different members of the team. They were friendly and insightful. It was also a nice glimpse into the company's product and into how the different roles work together.
