Couple of phone interviews with Recruiter and CIO. I believe they also use case studies. I met some great people and I'm sorry I didn't get the job...pretty sure it had something to do with my age...seems the average age of the company is 30 and they don't seem to like hiring people with deep experience or grey hairs.
