They hire internees. Depending on your manager, they will promote you to Engineer between 6 months to 1.5 years. I got a friend who worked for INTECH. they prefer refrees only. manager took interview and then IQ test on computer. got the job 2 weeks later

There are 3 basic interviews. The first interview has a test with general questions related to IQ. Those who pass are moved forward to interview. Once the interview is successful there are further 2 interviews.
