Definitely not orthodox but very communicative and up beat. They wanted to get to know each candidate in a more intimate way as opposed to looking at you like a number on a sheet.

Lets just say the interview process requires some on demand mental math which isnt difficult until you factor in a group of people starring at you intensely until you solve it or give up.

Loved everything about the interview. Asked me to share about what I do outside of work. Had a mini IQ test where you had to mentally calculate 2-3 digit numbers and solve patterns.

Four stage interview consisting of an hour long personality interview, an hour of technical questions, a short managers interview, and then more of a HR "welcome to the company" interview

Question 1
In the personality interview there were lots of the thought provoking questions like, "tell me about a time you failed at something", or " tell me about a time you had to do something you disagreed with." The technical interview stayed pretty high level, but that's probably because I answered the initial questions fairly well. There were a few points where the topics went beyond my skillset, but I just answered honestly that I didn't know and that worked well.
