Not super formal, two people on the hiring panel. Mostly behavioral questions based on customer service aptitudes. Lasted for about 30 minutes. Interviewers were friendly and laid back. I heard back in about a week that I was the successful candidate. The process didn't take very long.

Straightforward. 1 phone and 1 via zoom. Easy going interviewers with honest responses. Already had a background with a producer license so it eased the conversation. Overall average difficulty and streamlined process.

Contacted by their corporate recruiter to begin the process. A phone interview was then set with department supervisor and the VP of claims. I was then flown to their home office for an in person interview with both.

One initial then a three person panel phone. Final in person they pay for travel I just explained my previous experience and what qualifications I had in detail that made me the best candidate for the job.
