Entretien
I interviewed on the August 28th after receiving a phone call from Danny on the 25th. I interviewed with three separate people and it seemed as though each person had something completely different to say. One person kept telling me that I was unqualified even though I had experience. He also told me that $17/hr was too high and that $15/hr was a reach for me since I "didn't have any experience". It seemed as though he was trying to keep me away from the job more than anything. He said that this was going to be a very busy job and that I would have to constantly be working, which I assumed would be the case with any position. I felt like he was very condescending and it definitely turned me away from the position.
I spoke to another person after who was a bit more pleasant and he only talked to me briefly before handing me over to another person. She was in charge of social media and she was definitely the most pleasant. She went through the position very clearly and she told me that this would be the easiest position in the office - the complete opposite of what the first man said. She also said that the company has ZERO benefits.
I wish I had a better interview experience but I think this was one of the most degrading and condescending interviews I've ever been through. I tried to reach out to them after my interview and didn't get any responses.
