First there were a few pleasant get-to-know-you type of calls. After that there was a take-home test project to complete. You're given a few days to complete it on your own time. It was a fun project. After that there were some more in-depth calls discussing the position etc. and then came the offer. It was a very good experience. It was pleasant, yet very detailed and thorough as well.
