A hiring screen.
A behavioral interview with the Hiring Manager.
Two hour long interviews in CoderPad.
The technical assessments in CoderPad were the issue for me. The problems were oversized and I hate working in online IDEs especially when you're being judged on efficiency.
I also don't understand what they're assessing for by stressing the living crap out of the candidate. I guess they think adaptability and stress management are the most important part of the job.
Interviewers were very unprofessional and didn't show up on time. One came into the meeting late and started complaining mid interview about how hard his morning had been in detail.
Their glass-door reviews are high, but personally I'm glad I didn't get the job. Sounds like they have a total lack of process and accountability and I don't think I got a single answer I liked out of anyone in the interview.
