After applying for the position I received a call from the head of people the same day, after a nice conversation about who I was, what I wanted to achieve in the future and of course the company itself, I received an invitation directly after. The interview process consisted of not too many rounds and also included the head of design and CEO which is nice to be able to learn about the company and position from all perspectives. I felt I could be open about my wishes about my employment early on and they really wanted to offer the right environment for their employees. After having done an assessment it was a done deal and became an employee.
