First you talk to a member of the team and then you do a take-home case study about a hypothetical client where you make a slide deck and web app. They gave me 72 hours to dedicate 5 consecutive hours to the take-home, which I felt was an unreasonable ask. After submitting, I didn't hear anything for over a week until I followed up, then they sent a rejection with no feedback.

The first round will be screening followed by a take home 5 hour case study. The round will be onsite interview walking through the case study submission. The onsite in 2 hours long. Mine went for 2hr 40 mins and was not professional at all. I took one month to hear back from case study submission.
