Overall the interview process was ok, they asked a lot of the same questions. Mainly about how to measure marketing campaign effectiveness for different channels. If you make it past the take home you have to briefly present it to one of the team members. The process went like this: Recruiter screen, then a 10 question SQL assignment, then a take home assignment that can be completed using excel, then 4 behavioral/case question interviews with the team.

Recruiter > SQL Test of 1 hour > Hiring Manager (behavior questions) > Take Home Assignment (3-4 questions to solve with data shared by the team) > Loop with 4 interviews (case studies, behavior, technical SQL questions, statistics questions) > Final Presentation to review the take home work

Recruiter is nice but the internal recruiting process is kind of messy. Could recruiter please pass the resume to HM first and then schedule a call? Otherwise it's wasting both of us time.
