I withdrew from this process because it seemed like a fly by night operation. This is a start up so that is to be expected. But it just seemed unstructured and very slow. It would be days or weeks just to decide on a time for the interview and then that selected time would be canceled or rescheduled last minute. I was in the process of interviewing with Google at the time and withdrew from this interview process to accept that role.
