After applying for the Trust & Safety Specialist,Identity (Contract), position I was offered an interview. I followed the link provided by the Instacart recruiter and gave my availability for that week and the following week. After a few days I emailed the recruiter, but received no response. Was ghosted and later told I was passed for more qualified candidates. Instacart, why would you connect with me and offer me an interview, only to ghost me. Why are you wasting my time and yours?
