I submitted my application, and was accepted for an initial screening phone call. The screening phone call was 30 minutes long and focused on my work history. The next round was a call with the hiring manager to discuss the role and my previous work experience as well.

Phone interviews. Recruiters very unresponsive. Impersonal standard automatic emails sent to inform about moving forward to next stages in process. When following up after applying for other positions which was suggested that I do, no response from recruiter.
