The interview process involved a recruiter phone screen, the another phone call with the hiring manager, then a "challenge" in which I was to submit some project artifacts such as requirements doc, timeline, status reports, comms plan, etc. I submitted, but of course, redacted most of the info. For this type of challenge project artifacts can be subjective and are tailored to the organization, project and audience. The question of can you do it is one thing; how you do it is another and depends on who you are doing it for, the project and requires some context/explanation. They never asked for any context around the work product I sent over. If this is what they are doing for all PM interviews then that is a very large mis-step on their part.
