I got referred by a friend who is a current employee. Initial phone interview with HR went well and I got a coding challenge interview with a developer. The interviewer was later for 5 minutes and the question was pretty straight forward. I successfully finished all three parts of the question and I felt pretty good about it then I got an email saying they are not moving forward and did not explain why.
