I was referred to the role through a personal connection and a recruiter reached out shortly after the referral went through via their internal portal. I had a 30 minute phone call with the recruiter who asked me very basic behavioral questions and told me I had to complete a 2 hour timed data challenge. The data challenge included basic math, data analysis and, in my opinion, pretty advanced Excel functionality. I must not have passed the data challenge because a week later, after pinging the recruiter again, she told me they were moving forward with other candidates. I'm not sure why I had to complete such a rigorous data challenge since it sounded like the role was basic strategic account management.

Recruiter round followed by hiring manager. Next "round" was 5 back to back interview with various team members. This "round" was preceded by a short prep call with the recruiter.
All were happy to share their perspective of the role, except one who was rather confrontational.
Didn't get an offer but an automated rejection email, request for some feedback went unanswered by the recruiter - didn't feel right at all, given the number of calls I had with the team.
