J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez Instacart (San Francisco, CA) en nov. 2017
Entretien
A recruiter (agency from Russel Tobin) reached out to me. We scheduled a call and spoke about the role and background normal 1st initial call things. She said she wanted to move me forward to speak with the VP. I followed up 3 times over a span of 3 weeks after our initial call to hear when the next call would happen and have heard radio silence.
I feel bad for Instacart. Russel Tobin does not do a great job at candidate experience so these agency recruiters are scaring away potential candidates to embark on a great potential opportunity.
Asking general questions, but no feedback on why rejecting. Hiring for culture fit. Bias, no diversity, unprofessional, no follow-up. A joke and a waste of time. Don't bother to waste your time interviewing for this company. They will only choose who they like.
