Submitted resume. Received quick pre-interview phone call. Zoom interview with basic questions along with industry specific questions. No response to interview follow up emails, but 2 months later received email auto-response of job closing.

Sent in my resume through a friend that worked at the company and was called shortly after for a phone interview. We talked for about 40 minutes about the company and what being a concierge for their guests would mean.
