Initial interview was a TAG type interview by HR personnel. Very standard for any company. Poor communication after. Unacceptable for any company that is in customer service. While the HR rep was concerned as I was overqualified she said she would pass on my info to the hiring manager and I would hear in a few days. 12 days later and still no call. Very unprofessional and poor practice by a company that is supposed to offer excellent service. As I am well connected in the location of the job I found out after the interview process of the challenges the company has keeping people longer than a year in the Vail area.
