It started with a phone interview with HR. Then an in person interview with the controller and HR. Interview went well. After being strung along for over a week I got passed up for another candidate which was fine. Then I receive a call they decided to hire another person. A few more days after they asked me to go back in for another interview with the new accounting mgr they just hired 1.5 weeks ago. When I meet this new accounting mgr I knew it was all over. It was written in her face. She seemed like she was being forced to do the interview. She was reading questions off her paper. There was a lack of expression, interest or enthusiasm regarding all my responses. Total waste of my time. They are unable to make any good decisions.
