The interview process was good at first. I applied, got a call back within a week, phone interview a few days after and Face to face a few days after that. Communication was good and consistent, fast replys to my questions, and then silent. No follow up on my status after getting confirmation a decision would be made a week after interview. I called left messages for weeks with no response. Recruiters need to do a better job communicating to applicants not chosen. A simple response or rejection email is greatly appreciated.
