I was interviewed by the HR who confirmed I am a strong fit for the role. The Interview ran for an hour. The lady mentioned that the next round will be with the hiring manager. After that NO communication. No emails or calls. All followups have been disregarded. I am surprised they won the award for the best place to work given this is how they treat prospective employees
