Was approached by a recruiter via linkedin. Talked to him, then the lead recruiter for the opportunity than the hiring manager. Was then promptly ghosted. Very unprofessionally run, especially when they are the ones to reach out to senior folks in the industry and this behavior should no longer be tolerated.
