I got invited to an interview which I declined as I already accepted an offer from another company. But the process took more than 2 months since I applied online. I feel like it took too long.

Had about 4 stages of interviews and one of them is with the co-founder himself. They're really making sure that you're the right candidate for the job. There will be a given task that needs to be completed as part of the job qualification.
