Our interview process ordinarily proceeds as follows: - Initial screening call / chat with one of our Talent Partners - 1st round interview with Hiring Manager - 2nd round interview with team / Hiring Manager - Chat with HR - For technical roles we also have a technical test / challenge and occasionally a role will require a 3rd interview round, particularly if you will be working across multiple teams.
