Prescreen interview by phone with HR; personal interview with HR and VP Sales/Marketing. Interviewers were competent, long term employees. Networking and research indicates they are very progressive and on leading edge of selling/marketing to architects and commercial/institutional buyers. Very sensitive to protecting and maintaining thier culture. Privately held company. I heard VP Sales/Marketing may become next minority owner.
