I applied in November 2020 and received a text message late Dec about an interview. I found that part to be odd, I've never received a text first (no email). Set up an interview for a few weeks later. I talked with the hiring manager, and it went fine. I learned I did not exactly want the job, but I also felt there were some presumptions based on my genuine questions.
