An employeee submitted my credentials (employee referral program).
A few weeks later I recieved a phone call from HR to schedule an interview.
During the interview I spoke with 4 different department heads individually for 30minute cycles.
I received a call from an Inovalon recruiter about a position at Inovalon. At that time I was a project analyst and the recruiter was recruiting for a project coordinator. The interview was set up with a day. I scheduled the interview within two days of the call and he made a selection within 4 days.
