First thing was to make a phone screening appointment. Some floors ask you to email them your availability while others give you a link to make it. During the phone screening, the recruiter will ask about your experience in healthcare and your interest in the position. If they feel you’re a good candidate, you’ll be placed in the Clinical Tech Academy where you’ll be learning from 8-4 and possibly overtime.
**One thing that made me iffy was that the recruiter was half an hour late to my screening. I’m not sure if if was indicative to their management/floor.**

recruiter, then hiring manager. Very easy to talk to. Just asked basic questions like about experience and ability to work in a hectic and constantly changing environment. Both interviews were done over Zoom.

They asked how I would defuse a conflict. And how I manage multiple things at a time, given that inpatient units have ever-changing needs

Entretien
Recruiter was nice , was rushed but wasn’t the bad part. We went over what position I applied for and informed her I can commit to the weekend due to the fact that I was taking classes . I get to the second interview for the imaging dept (CT). The interview was very causal . She only ask me tell me about yourself then ask what position I applied for and what shift . I tell her and she’s like oh that position already been taken. Then she emphasize importance of communication the irony . That’s all the questions she ask me and ask if I had questions. So I asked my questions and that was it she didn’t really give me a chance at all after she probably realized she fked up by giving positron to someone else already so I was irrelevant since I couldn’t do the other shifts. They just want to get people in asap which is crazy bc the job didn’t start till July.

You'll receive an unscheduled phone interview with the recruiter going over your resume and whether or not you'll be able to attend the 6-week course that's scheduled 2 months out. After which you'll schedule an interview with the nurse lead for the unit you've applied to. Where you'll once again go over your resume, and be asked 5 predetermined interview questions from a list. Then you're suppose to shadow other clinical technicians for 20 minutes. Overall, the interview process was dysfunctional and messy, with random interview calls and a disinterested nurse lead who went elsewhere, and forgot she left me to shadow in the unit.
