The process consists in a phone screening with questions about you, your experience, your goals and some general technical questions. After that you're invited to go to their offices to spend a day with them. During this day you meet the team, talk a bit with everyone, get to know the product and do a technical interview. This interview consists mainly in solving, even if only partly, real problems you might face when working in this company. The interview is spoken, although it is very informal as you discuss the problems with the interviewer instead of only presenting a final solution.
