Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Innovid
Entretien
It took a month after I initially applied to hear back. The initial phone screen was extremely short - about 10 minutes the most. The recruiter did not explain the position details until I asked and seemed in a hurry.

I applied through referral (certainly very helpful to know someone there). First step was a call screening. It was a very simple, informal conversation, basically just making sure you are interested and know what the company does. Response time was within 24 hours, and I got called back to come down to the New York office in person. This was much more of the typical character test and seeing if you would be fit for the position. I talked to two people, and the process took a little more than an hour. Questions were general, nothing too challenging, no brain teasers. The people were nice and friendly, and they definitely are trying to see if your personality would be a good fit within the company.
My best advice would be to be yourself and keep it conversational: a good portion of this job is effective communication, so demonstrating that you can carry an intelligent conversation about digital advertising while not being a brick wall of a person definitely can set you apart.
After this, they reached out early the following week requesting references, and I got the offer before the end of that week.

I applied online, then a recruiter from the New York office reached out to me for a phone interview. Once I surpassed that, I was asked to come into the Chicago "office." I first met with the Account Supervisor 1:1 and then 2:1 with the Account Manager and Account Coordinator.

Question 1
Interview questions were very straightforward and basic. The recruiter was a bit ditzy and never confirmed my interview with the Chicago office, then asked me how it went. The Chicago office is a tiny closet space within a larger office space that houses a large amount of other companies. I was interviewed in the hot sun room that all of these other offices share; it was ridiculous.
Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry you didn’t have a positive experience. We value our candidates and are always working on improving their experience. In regards to the space - We are very excited to be moving into more spacious office space to accommodate our growing team. Thank you again for the valuable feedback and best of luck with your future opportunities!
