Company did not offer to pay all travel expenses for out of state interview. Interview consisted of a panel of two employees. Interview consisted mainly of senior interviewer explaining current product line. Additionally, interviewer described basics of job. Interviewer did not ask many questions to the candidate and most questions were close ended. Little effort was made by interviewer to evaluate the candidate. Was not impressed with the interviewing skills of the interviewer.
