I asked why, and only then did they say they wanted to throw a coding challenge at me — mid-interview — without any warning or prep. I declined. They were stunned. I smiled:))) They insisted on turning the camera back on because they wanted to record. I reminded them that this was NOT a Bollywood police interrogation and that consent actually matters.
