I had an initial phone screening with an HR representative. This was followed a few weeks later by virtual 1-on-1 interviews with the CSO and with three engineers from different technical teams within the company. I received my final offer approximately 2 months after the last interview.

What is your vision for interesting/promising directions and research questions for spiking neural networks?
How much do you think neuromorphic systems would benefit from multi-state graded spikes (beyond just binary spikes)? Are there any potential downsides?

The interview had 5 rounds
1. Introduction round where they tell you about the position and what the company do,
2. Technical round with the manager
3. Technical round with the team we will be working with
4. Cultural fit round, where analyse how you fit in the company as a person.
5. HR round for salary discussion, joining date, and visa procedures.
