J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Inktel en août 2022
Entretien
Six interviews total. Virtual Phone screen with a followup assessment. I feel that I scored well on these as I progressed to the second interview with the IT manager. I do not have a degree so my answers to some technical questions werent exactly textbook. I stated that I was well versed enough to perform the duties through a short onboarding (someone shows me what to do) process. This seemed ok. 3rd, interview was with an IT Director. Some technical questions. I feel it went well. Next interview was with the CTO. I feel like I presented myself well and stood out as a strong candidate for the position. I was then scheduled an onsite visit with the site manager. On-site I asked questions to probe different projects and opportunities I would be able to do once I started. (I expressed serious interest in this job.) The final interview was a week later with the CEO. General career assessment type of questions. I feel that I showed I was a good fit for the position. It took a full week to learn I was not getting an offer after the sixth interview. I could have done the job once I was shown the ropes. I'm not sure really why I didnt get it other than because I asked for the maximum pay of the publicly post range of the position? If it was a technical reason they shouldnt have used up the other 3 or so weeks of my time when I could have applied somewhere else. Big yikes. Dont apply for an IT job here. You will waste your time and gas.
