J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Ink (Atlanta, GA)
Entretien
The interviewing process was very quick and easy. It was a group interview with 2 other people. They didn't really ask much about us. The tasks and company values were explained and then we did a team building exercise. There was only 1 interview then I was offered the job.

Question 1
They asked us to do an "elevator pitch." Meaning in one minute we had to "sell" ourselves to them as to why they should hire us.

Emailed and heard back probably two weeks later. Had a preliminary interview at the office with basic questions with the main manager. Said he wanted to do a follow-up phone interview doing a mock sales call. Then proceeded to have a final interview with owner

Question 1
All of the questions were pretty basic, nothing out of the ordinary. Where do you see yourself in 5 years, why do you want to do sales, why ink, etc.

Terrible. Posturing, ambiguity, unprofessionalism. I was there for two hours and left the interview thinking that there was no way I got the job because there was so much posturing. They wouldn't tell me what my territory would be, but guaranteed that it would be clear cut - but it never was. It was always a guessing game. Lots of promises of what they were going to give me, then I accepted the job and it turned into something else entirely.

Cant remember - they were cryptic bunches of garbage meant to throw you off balance so they can see how you respond. Games.
