Two virtual interviews were held. The first was with a representative of the HR team, and the second was with two members of the client services team (from different areas of the business)

Following the online application approximately one week after application was submitted into their online portal, recruiter reached out via electronic mail. Screening interview with recruiter for 30 minutes via phone, then 30 minute interview with manager via Microsoft Teams.
