After three grueling interviews, an intensive assignment, and meeting 14 different team members, they ghosted me. ICIC is an incredibly unprofessional organization and their disregard for candidates is concerning. Here is a breakdown of my interview process for anyone interested: I applied in May 2023. In early June I did the phone screening. Two weeks after that they invited me for a zoom panel interview. This interview was over an hour long. Two weeks after that interview, they asked me to do an assignment for them. They gave me about five days to do the assignment. After spending hours preparing a powerpoint and briefing document, I had to present the assignment to a panel of 8 team members and answer their questions. This final panel interview was in the first week of July. I received an email from the program manager a day after the final interview saying that she will get back to me in three weeks with a decision. Well…. she ended up ghosting me. Four weeks went by and nothing. I finally reached out to her in August to ask for an update, and she said that they decided to go with a different candidate. There was no explanation for the delay and I truly believe they had no intention of ever reaching out to me again. After over 2 months of interviewing, not even having the courtesy to directly reject me was extremely disheartening. Overall, it was a very long and tiring process. Mind you, this was for an entry level position. They completely wasted my time.

Got ghosted. Did 2 interviews within the span of 2 months and never heard back even after sending a follow up email. Crazy process for a low salary (52 thousand a year)
