Online group interview, poorly structured and if you don't get to go first, your answers can be voiced by those before you. No feedback given whatsoever, even after stating in an e-mail you would be told whether you were suitable for an interview or not.

Easy, 3 stages and went by quick. The assessments centre was on teams and giving a scenario in a group and how they would handle it. Interviews were face to face a week after and it went well.

Had a general screening, followed by an all day interview process. This consisted role plays amongstcandidates, follw3d by a presentation to everyone and finally 1-2-1 competency based interview with the business manager.
