It took one week from phone screening to final selection. I applied through employee referral and got a call from the company the very next day and I was tested for telephonic communication skills. I was invited for 1:1 interview the next day and directly taken to the Marketing Director of the company who asked me some basic interview questions like Introduction, Work Experience, College projects etc. I was one of the five candidates who attended the first round that they. The next day I got a call from the company to attend final interview round with the Director again. This round was little hard as the Director reviewed my marketing skills and my knowledge about digital marketing, cold calling, follow ups, prospecting etc. I was also asked to demonstrate a mock sales call and draft a marketing email. I received the offer at the end of the week. It was an amazing experience overall
