The first round was technical screening...The second round was technical...And the third round is also a technical round...Then I got a call from HR and discussed about offer letter and documents to be submitted.
It's very smooth and elegant process and I learned new things , how to handle difficult situations, team maintenance and time efficient , by different round of interviews, technical check, management skill and so on
t was a two-round interview process, one online and one in person at SHOLS' Chennai office. The experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free throughout, with clear communication, and a well-organized process.
